Central Government Frames Rules under Section 24 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994
G.S.R. 51 (E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 24 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994(42 of 1994), the Central Government here by makes the following rule.
