Monthly Financial Assistance Program for People Infected with HIV
Assistance Provided: ₹1,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria: Individuals who are registered at ART (Antiretroviral Therapy) centres (USHUS centres) in 15 government hospitals in Kerala, receiving treatment for HIV, and have applied for financial assistance.
How to Apply: If you're registered and receiving treatment at an A.R.T centre, fill out the application form in the prescribed format and submit it to the ART Medical Officer.
Application Address: Submit applications to the A.R.T centre where you are registered and receiving treatment.

Special Form Details: To apply for financial assistance for HIV-infected individuals, fill out the prescribed application form and submit it along with:
Treatment certificate from the ART centre
Life certificate from a gazetted officer
Self-attested copy of a photo ID
Self-attested copy of a passbook from any nationalized bank
Certification from the ART Medical Officer
If implemented in association with a specific institution or lower-level office, specify the name of the institution or agency:
The application submitted to a registered A.R.T centre for HIV treatment is reviewed for any irregularities and forwarded to the Kerala State AIDS Control Society, accompanied by a letter from the A.R.T Medical Officer.
