Kerala has one of the highest proportions of elderly citizens in India, and with increasing longevity, the demand for age-friendly health systems is growing. How can we practically redesign our healthcare services and infrastructure—both in hospitals and in community spaces—to make them more accessible, responsive, and respectful to the needs of older adults?

We welcome suggestions and innovative models on:

• Service delivery models for chronic care and rehabilitation

• Technology-based or community-driven interventions
